點膠機的工作流程詳解！
接上220V電源，0.5MPA氣源并查看以下內(nèi)容：
Connect 220V power supply, 0.5MPA air source and check the following contents:
1.膠水儲量：查看AB儲料罐要有足夠的膠水；
1. Glue storage: check AB storage tank to have enough glue;
2.加熱拌和及真空脫泡：如需要加熱，一般不要加熱A料，直接加熱B料即可，加熱的時分必須翻開拌和；相同如真空脫泡，需翻開抽真空閥門，此進(jìn)程需在第3步之前完成。
2. Heating mixing and vacuum defoaming: If heating is needed, generally do not heat material A, directly heating material B, heating time must be turned over mixing; the same as vacuum defoaming, vacuum valve should be opened, this process needs to be completed before step 3.
3.點膠機閥門狀況：先翻開進(jìn)氣閥（出膠壓力來歷），然后翻開出料閥，預(yù)留抽真空閥門封閉；測驗吐膠閥門，看閥門是否靈敏；
3. Valve condition of dispensing machine: first turn on the intake valve (the origin of the dispensing pressure), then turn on the discharge valve, reserve the vacuum valve to close; test the dispensing valve to see if the valve is sensitive;
4.測驗及發(fā)動：

a）測驗吐膠閥門，看閥門是否靈敏；
(a) Testing the gum-spitting valve to see if it is sensitive;
b）觸摸屏一體機設(shè)置好AB膠的出膠比例，按屏摸屏中的發(fā)動按鈕，設(shè)備開始作業(yè)；

1、混合后的膠水：
1. Mixed glue:
a）外觀：混合好的膠水應(yīng)該是均勻一致的
Appearance: Mixed glue should be uniform.
b）分量：單次吐膠總量應(yīng)該一致
B) Component: The total amount of single spitting should be the same.
注：點膠機若呈現(xiàn)顯著不均勻或分量不一致，請停機查看
Note: If dispensing machine shows significant non-uniformity or inconsistent components, please stop and check.
建議：出產(chǎn)進(jìn)程中，每做一定數(shù)量的產(chǎn)品，重新核定一次膠水總量
Suggestion: In the production process, the total amount of glue should be re-checked once for every certain quantity of products.
2、氣壓過低報警燈：當(dāng)氣壓低于作業(yè)氣壓后，發(fā)出蜂鳴報警聲，需停止吐膠，待氣壓恢復(fù)蜂鳴停止報警后，正常出產(chǎn)。
2. Low air pressure alarm lamp: When the air pressure is lower than the working pressure, buzzing alarm sounds are emitted. It is necessary to stop spitting gum. After the buzzing stop alarming when the air pressure is restored, normal production will occur.
3、留意調(diào)查A/B料液位顯示管，作好加料預(yù)備。

4、在灌封時呈現(xiàn)導(dǎo)常是按急停鍵：

按下急停按鈕，機器將不吐出膠水；當(dāng)急停按鈕松開彈起時，機器吐出膠水。
Press the emergency stop button, the machine will not spit out glue; when the emergency stop button is released and popped up, the machine spits out glue.
（三） 點膠機的點膠完畢
(3) The dispensing of dispensing machine is completed
1、封閉加熱，拌和，觸摸屏按鈕按下“停止”鍵
1. Closed heating, mixing, touch screen button press "stop" key
2、靜態(tài)混合管清洗：停止吐膠后必須在短時間之內(nèi)拆開并清洗混合管，避免凝結(jié)造成堵塞。
2. Static mixing pipe cleaning: After stopping spitting, the mixing pipe must be dismantled and cleaned in a short time to avoid clogging caused by condensation.
3、拆開混合管安裝密封蓋：在密封蓋里裝入三分之一的黃油，旋上即可密封。
3. Dismantle the mixing pipe and install the sealing cap. Install one third of the butter in the sealing cap, and it can be sealed by screwing.
4、點膠機封閉閥門：封閉料桶進(jìn)氣閥（干燥劑閥門）
