雙組份打膠機的操作你了解嗎？
1、接通氣源：
1, connect the gas source:
調節減壓閥0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統有無漏氣現象。
Adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4~0.6Mpa and check whether the system is leaking.
2、濟南雙組份打膠機將A、B組份膠桶就位，并與A、B膠泵的軸線對中。

1)操作手動轉閥，將A泵提升高，提升過程中觀察各管路有無拉伸過緊處。

2)將膠桶放置在A泵壓膠盤下，開啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻桶外，膠面塑料片取出。
2) place the plastic bucket under the A pump pressure plate, open the plastic bucket, turn the plastic bag to the outside of the barrel, and remove the plastic sheet.
3)使A泵壓盤緩慢下降，壓盤入桶時應使其與桶口對準，將壓膠盤排氣口打開，直到壓盤接觸膠面。待壓盤內氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時，即可關閉排氣閥。
3) make the pressure drop of the A pump slowly decrease. When the pressure plate is in the barrel, it should be aligned with the barrel mouth and open the exhaust port of the rubber disc until the pressure plate contacts the rubber surface. When the gas in the pressure plate is completely discharged and a small amount of glue flows out of the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed.
4)開機試打膠：將主泵氣源開關打開，按下膠槍開關，直A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續時停止。
4) boot test glue: open the main pump air source switch, press the glue gun switch, until the air in the A pump is clear, the muzzle ceased.
3、打膠操作：

1)松開比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內外調整所需比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時，才可進行下面的操作。

2)置選擇旋鈕于A、B泵開，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，打開膠槍開關，以適當速度平穩地移動膠槍使玻璃槽內的雙組份膠填滿充實為佳。
2) put the selection knob on the A and B pump, aim the exit of the glue gun at the middle seam of the two glass, open the glue gun switch, and move the glue gun at the proper speed to fill the double component in the glass groove.
