此種情形經(jīng)常發(fā)生予膠閥關(guān)畢以后，95%的此種情形是因?yàn)槭褂玫尼橆^口徑太小所致。太小的針頭會(huì)影響液體的流動(dòng)造成背壓,結(jié)果導(dǎo)致膠閥關(guān)畢后不久形成滴漏的現(xiàn)象。

當(dāng)出膠不一致時(shí)主要為儲(chǔ)存流體的壓力筒或空氣壓力不穩(wěn)定所產(chǎn)生。進(jìn)氣壓力調(diào)壓表應(yīng)設(shè)定于比廠內(nèi)低壓力低1015psi.壓力筒使用的壓力應(yīng)介于調(diào)壓表中間以上的壓力,應(yīng)避免使用壓力介于壓力表之中低壓力部分。
