打膠機(jī)工作過程中膠體出現(xiàn)結(jié)皮或硫化現(xiàn)象的原因有哪些？
當(dāng)雙組份膠在混合過程中發(fā)生局部固化時(shí)，打膠機(jī)打出來的膠就會(huì)出現(xiàn)結(jié)皮或硫化現(xiàn)象。出現(xiàn)這一現(xiàn)象的原因主要有三種：

⑴膠體顏色較黑，固化快時(shí)，可能是由于B組分比例過高，過多的催化劑促使固化速度快。此時(shí)，需要適當(dāng)降低B組分的比例，將結(jié)皮或硫化膠沖洗干凈后施工；
⑴ when the colloid color is black and the curing speed is fast, it may be due to the high proportion of component B and too much catalyst. At this time, it is necessary to properly reduce the proportion of component B and wash the crust or vulcanizate before construction;
⑵打膠機(jī)若打膠過程中伴有出膠慢的現(xiàn)象時(shí)，可能是混合芯長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未清洗或清洗不干凈，膠體結(jié)皮堵塞管道。因此，定期清洗靜態(tài)混合器是很有必要的。
(2) if the gluing machine is accompanied by slow glue output in the gluing process, it may be that the mixing core has not been cleaned or cleaned for a long time, and the colloid crust blocks the pipeline. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the static mixer regularly.
⑶當(dāng)固化和出膠速度均無異常，而打出的膠仍有結(jié)皮或硫化現(xiàn)象時(shí)，則可能是設(shè)備停機(jī)時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)，膠槍未清洗或洗槍不夠干凈，需要將結(jié)皮或硫化膠沖洗干凈后后施工。
(3) when there is no abnormality in the curing and glue outlet speed, but there is still peeling or vulcanization of the punched glue, it may be that the equipment has been shut down for a long time, the glue gun is not cleaned or the cleaning gun is not clean enough.
