自動(dòng)打膠機(jī)打膠不飽滿的原因有哪些？
一、打膠速度過快導(dǎo)致的

有的客戶為了加快自己的生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏追趕生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃，將打膠速度認(rèn)為調(diào)整的過快，導(dǎo)致膠體還沒有完全達(dá)到合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)機(jī)頭就已經(jīng)移動(dòng)到下一個(gè)位置進(jìn)行打膠操作了，如果我們需要加快打膠的速度調(diào)整了打膠機(jī)的移動(dòng)參數(shù)的話，那么我們對(duì)應(yīng)的也應(yīng)該對(duì)供膠系統(tǒng)也進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的設(shè)置，比如這時(shí)候我們就需要加大供膠壓力，增大打膠機(jī)的出膠速度來(lái)配合對(duì)象的移動(dòng)速度的增加。如果我們僅僅是單獨(dú)的增加了打膠機(jī)的移動(dòng)速度而沒有對(duì)壓力進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)的話就很有可能出現(xiàn)打膠不飽滿的情況發(fā)生。

這種情況非常的少見，但是也不排除這種情況的發(fā)生。在我們的打膠機(jī)機(jī)頭有一個(gè)對(duì)鋁條深淺進(jìn)行探測(cè)的感應(yīng)器，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)鋁條過深或者過淺的時(shí)候他會(huì)自動(dòng)的調(diào)整移動(dòng)的移動(dòng)速度以及供膠壓力（自動(dòng)調(diào)整幅度是小范圍內(nèi)的）。如果我們的鋁條本身就深淺不一，在加上我們的感情器損壞的壞就會(huì)發(fā)生這種情況！
